The Sector Commander, Federal Road Safety Commission, Muhammad Sani Hamzat, paid a courtesy visit to the state Coordinator of NYSC Sokoto State, Mr. Thomas G Yamma in his office. They discussed about a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the two organizations that led to the establishment of NYSC Road Safety Club (RSC) and its activities especially in areas Of saving lives, creating awareness to motorist, establishment of clubs in primary and secondary schools among others.

The Corps Members in Makurdi were hosted to a seminar on Empowerment and Development by the Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Sadique Abubakar with his team in collaboration with Agri Bank on September 21st.

One can be said to be guilty of ingratitude when he is unconscious of people’s philanthropic and humanitarian services. Hence the move by Sokoto state NYSC through the Editorial and Publicity Group (EPG) to honour some conscientious and commendable persons  who have contributed both their efforts and resources immensely to the furtherance of the welfare of corps members in Sokoto state.
