Corps members have been urged to render diligent service to the nation in whatever endeavour they are posted to serve.

The Director-General, Brigadier General Sulaiman Kazaure, made the call while addressing the 2016 Batch 'B' (Stream I) Corps members at the NYSC Zamfara State Orientation Camps A and B both located in Tsafe town.

He enjoined them to use the period of the service to contribute their qouta to the progress and development of the country.

"We have no other country other than Nigeria. As future leaders of the country, you must join efforts at making it great again," he said.

Kazaure particularly enjoined the Corps members to add value to their host communities by using the platform of the NYSC Community Development Service.

The Director-General advised them to pursue their dreams with passion but to avoid seeking short cuts, especially through fraudulent acts.

He assured that their security and general welfare remains a priority for the NYSC Management just as he advised them to shun risky engagements such as unauthorized journeys, lone movements and attendance of night parties outside their residences.
