NYSC releases circular for 2016 Batch A stream 2 winding-up/Passing-out
The NYSC Management has released a circular detailing the winding-up and passing-out program for 2016 Batch A Stream 2 NYSC Members. The circular details as follows:
Management of NYSC approved that the 2016 Batch 'A' Winding-up/Passing-Out should be low-key. Note that Corps Members of 2016 Batch 'A' Stream 2 will pass out on Friday 4th May, 2017.
Accordingly. below is the programme of activities:
Friday 21st — Thursday 27th April, 2017
- Job Creation and Awareness Week. Sensitization of corps members on Job Creation/Opportunities after service. This will be done at the Local Government level using relevant officers/NYSC/NDE officers.
Friday 28th April, 2017 — Monday 1st May, 2017
- Release of Passing-Out corps members by Employers
- Registration/Clearing of corps members. Information on conditions for issuance of Certificates of National Service
Tuesday 2nd — Wednesday 3rd May, 2017
- Signing of final clearance by Zonal Inspectors
- Debriefing/Evaluation Of Service year.
- Administration Of Questionnaire (Form 4B) on 30% of the passing-out corps members.
- State farewell party to be presided over by the Governor of the State.
Thursday 4th May, 2017
- Distribution of Certificates Of National Service to deserving at Local Government level
